Washing
You can wash in higher degrees but we recommend washing in 30-40 degrees (86 F - 104 F) to preserve the best quality and for the sake of the environment.

Free shipping on all Swedish orders by DHL and PostNord. We pack and send your order within 24 hours on weekdays.
For international orders we offer free shipping above €150 / $150 / £150.
Shipping costs if not qualified for free shipping:
Europe: 99 SEK (approximately 9,3 Euro)
Rest of the world: 299 SEK (approximately 31 US $)
Delivery times
Sweden: 1-3 business days
Rest of EU: 5-7 business days
Norway: 5-7 business days
Rest of the world: 10-15 business days
Note that delivery times are only provided as guidelines.
Returns
We understand it can be tricky shopping online which is why we offer a full 30-day return policy!
To return your product, use the returnslip that came with your order, fill inte the returnblanket and send your items back to us, as soon as we get your order back we will issue a refund.
We do not offer returns on any item not in its original condition (except during our 30-day sleep trial), nor is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To our international customers, if you are eligible for free shipping you won't have to pay for shipping otherwise shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EU orders
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Non-EU orders
All non-EU orders are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If you want to estimate the tax you will need to pay, please contact your local tax customs.

Lakanen är jättehärliga. Det som drar ner omdömet är att när varorna levererades var det i en tunn plastpåse som gått sönder under transport, vilket gjorde att varorna inne var smutsiga. Bättre emballage vore bra.
Hej Sofi, Tack för ditt omdöme och din feedback gällande emballaget! Vi gjorde ett test med en ny form av emballage gjort av majs som även är 100% komposterbara och har tidigare inte stött på detta problem. Vi har dock nu hittat ett mer passande emballage som är 100% klimatneutrala men som inte kompromissar på slitstyrkan. Det kommer vara ett ytteremballage med handtag samt en fin inner box. Kul att du är nöjd med sängkläderna också! Mvh, Erik
