Returns
We understand that shopping online can be tricky which is why we offer a 30-day return policy!
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
We do not offer returns on items that are not in original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control and are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
EU orders
All countries within the European Union ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Non-EU orders
All non-EU orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices shown are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs duties and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. To estimate the tax you will have to pay, contact your local tax authority.
Washing
You can wash at higher degrees but we recommend washing at 40 degrees (104 F) to preserve the best quality and for the sake of the environment.

Our 100% Lyocell sheets have a thread count of 300. This corresponds to 1000 threads in cotton. Not all materials are measured in thread count and it is not the most important factor when choosing sheets. The fiber quality and the weave of the sheets are the most important factors.

Yes, you can tumble dry your Lyocell bedding on low heat. Alternatively, you can let them air dry to save energy.
No, bed linen made of lyocell does not usually lose color after washing. Lyocell is a type of fabric known for its strength and color fastness, so they should retain their color even after several washes. The fabric may become a little less "smooth" after the first wash.
