For international orders we offer free shipping over €150 / $150 / £150.

Returns
We understand that shopping online can be tricky which is why we offer a 30-day return policy!
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
We do not offer returns on items that are not in original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control and are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
EU orders
All countries within the European Union ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Non-EU orders
All non-EU orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices shown are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs duties and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. Laundry
You can wash at higher temperatures but we recommend washing at 40 degrees (104 F) to maintain the best quality and for the sake of the environment.

For international customers we offer free shipping over €150 / $150/£15 otherwise we charge a shipping fee of SEK 199 within Europe and SEK 399 in the rest of the world. For international orders, we charge a return fee of SEK 199 within Europe and SEK 399 in the rest of the world.
