Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 1-3 days. ATTENTION! Orders placed on weekends
will be sent on the following Monday at the earliest.

We offer free shipping on orders over SEK 800 within Sweden otherwise take
we charge a shipping fee of SEK 99.

For international customers we offer free shipping over €150 / $150/£150
otherwise we charge a shipping fee of SEK 199 within Europe and SEK 399 in the rest of the world
the world. For international orders, we charge a return fee of SEK 199
within Europe and SEK 399 in the rest of the world.

Delivery times:

Sweden: 1-3 working days

Rest of Europe: 5-7 working days

Norway: 5-7 working days

Rest of the world: 10-15

Returns

For returns, a return postage fee is added as follows:

Within Sweden: SEK 99

Within Europe: SEK 199

Rest of the world: SEK 399

your order number and your case. We will send you a delivery note via email that you
prints and puts on the package. Then hand your package over to a DHL service
points. When we receive your return, we will credit the products we
received and charge you for the return postage.

For environmentally friendly reasons, we have chosen not to send
with return slips in the packages because we consider it a waste of paper
times that they are not utilized. We send all our return slips electronically.

Returns do not apply to pre-orders,
special orders (for example, a color not included in our
standard assortment at the time of ordering) or on discounted products.

Changed

 We offer free exchanges between sizes, colors or to another product
of the corresponding order amount and you therefore do not have to pay any return postage.
If you wish to exchange an item, please email info@hitthehay.se with
your order number and matter and we will send you a return slip.

LYOCELL

Lyocell är en miljövänlig textilfiber som tillverkas av trämassa. Den är känd för sin mjuka, silkeslena känsla, utmärkta fukttransport och andningsförmåga.

Lyocell har flera fördelar jämfört med bomull, såsom bättre andningsförmåga, snabbare fukttransport och mjukare känsla. Dessutom är Lyocell mer miljövänligt än bomull eftersom det kräver mindre vatten och energi vid tillverkningen.

Ja, vår Lyocell-Kimono är allergivänliga och passar utmärkt för personer med känslig hud och allergier.

Tvätt

Du kan tvätta i högre grader men vi rekommenderar att du tvättar i 40 grader för att bevara den bästa kvaliteten och för miljöns skull.

Nej, lyocell brukar inte tappa färg efter tvätt. Lyocell är en typ av väv som är känd för sin styrka och färgbeständighet, så den bör behålla sin färg även efter flera tvättar. Tyget kan bli lite mindre "glatt" efter första tvätt.

Vi erbjuder fri frakt på beställningar över 800kr inom Sverige annars tar vi ut en fraktavgift på 99kr.

 

För internationella kunder erbjuder vi fri frakt över €150 / $150/£15 annars tar vi ut en fraktavgift om 199kr inom Europa och 399kr i resten av världen. För internationella beställningar tar vi ut en returavgift om 199kr inom Europa och 399kr i resten av världen.
