Free shipping on all Swedish orders and all International above €150 / $150 / £150 / by DHL and PostNord. We pack and send your order within 24 hours on weekdays.

Sweden: 1-3 business days

Rest of EU: 5-7 business days

Norway: 5-7 business days

US: 10-15 business days

Canada: 10-15 business days

Japan/China/South Korea: 10-15 business days

Rest of Asia: 10-15 business days

We understand it can be tricky shopping online which is why we offer a full 30-day return policy!

To be eligible for a return, send us an email and we will give you a return label. Remember to have the environment in mind, if you are unsure about the size or color etcetera reach out to us. If however, you want to return your order, please save the original packaging. 

We do not offer returns on any item not in its original condition (except during our 30-day sleep trial), nor is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To our international customers, if you are eligible for free shipping you won't have to pay for shipping otherwise shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Taxes and Duties


EU orders

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.


Non-EU orders

All non-EU orders are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If you want to estimate the tax you will need to pay, please contact your local tax customs.

We always aim for the shipping of our products to be as quick and smooth as possible. However delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and we do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
